Arina told: I’m a daughter, a wife and a mother of two lovely girls. In 2016, After my first daughter, Mireia was born, I wanted to get in shape and decided to participate in FitModel Project Estonia, as my trainer Kristina Nuut offered me this chance.

 

It lasts 10 weeks and I got a great result. Soon I got pregnant again and in 2018 after my second daughter Aurora came to Earth, I decided to participate again because I was sure that it works. Work in the team and aim to go on stage motivated me really strong. This season my results were -10kg of weight loss (70kg to 60) 1st place at FitModel Project Estonia 1st place at FitModel Project Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) +168cm, 11th place at European FitModel Championship +168cm, 3d place at Estonian FitModel Championship. This project gave me a kick to move, to follow balanced food. Now I’m addicted to sports. My plans are moving forward, do better results in the new season – autumn 2018. For motivation I will take part in FIT MODEL PROJECT ESTONIA again, that will start September 2018.
